These terms govern access to and use of riventisestates.com, including service descriptions, project concepts, planning calculators, enquiry forms, newsletter forms, images and downloadable or linked information.
By using the website, the visitor agrees to comply with these terms to the extent applicable to that use. If the visitor does not agree, the website should not be used. The Privacy Policy applies separately to personal data.
The site is intended for adults seeking information about construction, renovation, commercial fit-out, architectural design and project management in Spain. It is not directed to children.
Website terms regulate use of the site. They are not the terms of a building contract, architectural appointment, property transaction or professional-services agreement.
All rates, calculator results, cost ranges, licence periods, construction programmes and proposal images shown on the website are indicative planning information. They are not an offer, fixed quotation, valuation, guarantee or promise that a project can be delivered for that figure or by that date.
Why an online figure changes
- Plot classification, survey information, ground conditions and access.
- Existing structure, hidden services, damp, hazardous material or unauthorised work.
- Municipal requirements, landlord conditions and third-party approvals.
- Drawings, quantities, specification, selected products and market availability.
- Client decisions, variations, out-of-hours work and exceptional logistics.
A binding price requires the scope and exclusions to be identified in a written proposal following the level of survey and design appropriate to the work. Taxes, professional charges, municipal fees, land, utilities, furniture and third-party services are excluded unless expressly stated.
Project-proposal images are illustrative design concepts, not photographs of completed work. They communicate a possible scope and visual direction only.
Sending a form, receiving an email, attending a survey or discussing a budget does not itself appoint RIVENTIS ESTATES S.L. and does not reserve a start date. An appointment exists only when the parties execute a written agreement identifying the services or works, price basis, payment milestones, programme, exclusions and applicable technical documents.
A proposal may state an acceptance period. If it expires, availability, rates and supplier prices may be reviewed before reissue. Site mobilisation remains subject to the agreed deposit or first milestone, required approvals, safe access and any statutory documentation stated in the contract.
Private clients and mandatory protection
Where a client acts as a consumer, mandatory Spanish and European consumer-protection rules apply and take priority over any conflicting wording in these website terms. Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right depends on the nature of the separately concluded contract, how it was concluded, whether performance was expressly requested to begin and the exceptions established by law.
Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory legal warranty, remedy, information duty or jurisdiction available to a consumer.
The website may be used to review services, read legal information, make a genuine enquiry and contact the company. Visitors must act lawfully and must not interfere with the operation, security or availability of the site.
Without prior written permission, a visitor must not:
- submit false identities, unlawful material, malicious code or another person's data without authority;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, forms or infrastructure;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact data;
- use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages or overload its services;
- present project concepts, calculators or text as a certified design, quotation or company endorsement.
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the website, other users or legal rights.
Unless otherwise indicated, the website structure, brand elements, logo, copy, layouts, graphics, project concepts, calculations, photographs and code are owned by or lawfully used by RIVENTIS ESTATES S.L. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property and industrial-property law.
Visitors may view the site and retain a personal copy of information reasonably required to consider a service. No ownership right is transferred. Reproduction, adaptation, commercial publication, distribution, resale or use of project concepts for construction requires prior written authorisation.
Third-party names, icons, mapping content and software remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their applicable terms or licences. Reporting a suspected rights issue to office@riventisestates.com allows it to be reviewed promptly.
The website may link to or embed content supplied by third parties, including OpenStreetMap on the Contact page, public authorities, professional sources and technical references. A link is provided for convenience and does not by itself mean that RIVENTIS ESTATES S.L. controls, endorses or guarantees the external service.
External sites have their own availability, content, privacy and use terms. Visitors should review those terms before submitting information or relying on an external resource. The company is not responsible for a third party changing or withdrawing its content, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Links to this website must not imply partnership, approval or authorship and must not frame the pages in a misleading or unlawful context.
Reasonable care is taken to keep published company details and service information clear and current. Construction costs, municipal timescales, laws, supplier availability and technical standards can change, and website content may not reflect a change immediately. Project-specific decisions must be based on current professional advice and the documents issued for that project.
The website may be interrupted for maintenance, security, hosting failures or events beyond reasonable control. Continuous availability, error-free operation and compatibility with every device are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIVENTIS ESTATES S.L. is not liable for a decision made solely from indicative website content, for an external service outside its control, or for indirect loss arising from unavailable or outdated general information. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights.
These terms may be revised when the website, services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after publication means the revised website terms apply from that point; changes to an existing signed contract require the process stated in that contract.
If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of that provision.
These website terms are governed by Spanish law. Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction, disputes concerning website use fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Almería, Spain. Parties should first attempt to resolve a concern in writing.
